Synopsis:
The worlds of the Outer Rim have always felt excluded
from the Republic, and each planet has to look after
itself for defense against possible offworld threats.
Some worlds such as Agamar will employ mercenaries for
such purposes, whereas more peaceful planets like Naboo
may form their own defense forces. Planets that organise
their own defense may also have the facilities to design
and manufacture starfighters to perform primary
definsive roles.
In the Outer Rim, the production of a superior
starfighter will always attract a lot of interest, but
not necessarily from friendly parties...
