Rebel Force is a new six
book series from Scholastic Books for 9-12 year olds that charts the
furthering adventures of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo,
Chewbacca, R2-D2 and C3P-0 after the successful destruction of the
Death Star in A New Hope. The first
two books, Target and Hostage,
were published at the end of 2008, while books #3, #4 and #5, Renegade,
Firefight and Trapped
were published 2009. The final book #6, Uprising,
is due May 2010.
